Mission StatementThe mission of the Danbury High School Athletic Program is to conduct a wholesome and worthwhile sports program which is consistent with, and contributes to, the basic philosophy of the Danbury Public Schools. As an integral part of the total educational process the Danbury High School Athletic Program makes a significant contribution to personal growth and development of its participants. Our primary goal is to increase knowledge, contribute to the maturity of each student athlete, teach moral and ethical values, and to motivate each athlete to pursue excellence in themselves and their teammates not only in athletic competition, but also in life after sports.
